Refund policy

Returns 

We are not able to offer refunds at this time. However, we do offer store credit on sketch tees, excluding custom tees, purchased at full price. To receive store credit, you must return the packing slip that was included with your purchase within 10 days of receipt. Your order may be subject to a $3 restocking fee. Sale items or items purchased at a discount are also final. It would be greatly appreciated if you email us prior to your return: info@kindkids-clothing.com

Exchanges

Only items purchased at full price, excluding custom tees, can be exchanged. 

What happens if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?

Please email us within 7 days at info@kindkids-clothing.com so we can fix the issue!

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
